Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PURE Ride services, including our website, mobile application, and transportation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Membership

PURE Ride operates as a membership-based private transportation service. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of PURE Ride's founding committee. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Membership may be revoked at any time for conduct that violates these terms or compromises the safety and experience of other members and chauffeurs.

3. Service Description

PURE Ride provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation through a dedicated fleet of Lincoln Navigator Black Label vehicles. Service availability is subject to fleet capacity, scheduling, and geographic coverage. PURE Ride reserves the right to modify service areas, vehicle types, and operational hours as needed.

4. Booking & Cancellation

Rides may be booked through the PURE app, by phone or text, through a standing schedule, or via an authorized EA/PA. Cancellation policies vary by ride type and advance notice. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in fees or membership review.

5. Member Conduct

Members are expected to treat all chauffeurs, staff, and fellow members with respect. Any behavior that endangers safety, damages vehicles, or creates a hostile environment is strictly prohibited. PURE Ride reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violations of this policy.

6. Billing & Payment

Membership fees and ride charges are billed according to the terms of your membership agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. PURE Ride may adjust pricing with thirty (30) days' written notice to members.

7. Limitation of Liability

PURE Ride shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. PURE Ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Changes to Terms

PURE Ride may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the PURE app. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
