PURE Ride ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our members. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, contact details, payment information, addresses, travel preferences, and scheduling data. We also collect usage data from the PURE app, including ride history, location data during active rides, and device information necessary for service delivery.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide and improve our transportation services, personalize your experience (route preferences, vehicle settings, chauffeur briefings), process billing, communicate service updates, and ensure safety. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Member Preferences & Profiles

PURE maintains member preference profiles to deliver a consistent experience across chauffeurs and vehicles. This includes preferred routes, temperature settings, communication preferences, and household details you've chosen to share. You may update or delete these preferences at any time through the app or by contacting your concierge.

Data Sharing

We share information only as necessary: with our chauffeurs (limited to what's needed for your ride), payment processors, and as required by law. We do not share your data with advertisers. If an authorized EA/PA has been granted access to your account, they may view and manage your ride information.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Payment information is tokenized and never stored on our servers. Access to member data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Ride history is retained for billing and safety purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Tennessee and applicable federal laws may provide additional rights regarding your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and through the PURE app. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
